Your future role. - You are responsible for the global Hydrogen Production portfolio development to support the business in the exciting and growing industry for green hydrogen production. - Responsibility for definition and implementation of the yearly development activities (including maintenance, engineering optimization, design to cost) according to the allocated budget and agreed roadmap for which you are in the driver seat. - Engage with external stakeholders and with business development colleagues to better understand market requirements and value creation requirements. Based on your understanding of the served markets, you bring customer side feedback to the organization in a structured manner to guide and inform for decisions on product development and optimized solutions. - Plan and implement actions to increase solution competitiveness based on scalability and modularity e. g., with focus on E-house for Hydrogen production power supply solutions. - Engage with product line managers to ensure alignment of purpose for product development and upgrades and selection of key technology. - Technological support for pilot project acquisition and implementation with newly developed, optimized, or enriched solutions, together with sales and local teams. - Develop and live a Frontrunner Mind set with a "Clear Head" to identify and drive market trends. - Support of our regional and central partner through technical advice, training, and interregional technology- based coordination. Your profile. - You have completed a master's degree and/or a doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or Power Electronics. - You have already gained several years of relevant professional experience with a technology provider or system integrator with focus on power systems and solutions design, system design, E-House conception, engineering. - You have a good understanding or willingness to learn about energy production processes and power supply solutions e.g., for water electrolysis. - Good technical competence to enable you to quickly understand technological problems and concepts and take them into account when designing or integrating environmental-friendly solutions and convince wider/ matrix organization(s) about the potential of the respective solution(s). - You are a very good team player in the areas of regional companies, product management and technical experts. - You have good Communication skills. - Knowledge of green hydrogen market players structure, procedures and challenges is an advantage. - You are fluent in English; German would be a large bonus.
