If this is your profile...
1. You completed a commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial management assistant or a similar vocational training, ideally with focus on HR
2. You have fist work experience in personnel administration
3. Communication, empathy, focus on service and discretion are among your strengths
4. You have sound knowledge of German and ideally also English
5. You are well-versed in common Microsoft Office applications

7. As an all-rounder, you work on diverse administrative tasks of daily personnel administration
8. You take on diversified tasks in the fields of applicant management, creation of contracts and job references, personnel changes, organization of training, and absence management
9. Additionally, you can contribute to the continued development of our HR department in exciting projects
