Your new role - GTM Technical Enablement Manager
The GTM Technical Enablement Manager is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact technical training programs for Cognigy partners and internal teams (Cognigy Crew). This role will ensure that partners and employees gain the skills and confidence needed to implement and optimize AI-driven conversational experiences using Cognigy’s AI Agents.
You will focus on developing structured, scalable technical training (both live and on-demand) and certification programs, executing hands-on technical bootcamps, and driving measurable outcomes such as certification rates, time-to-competency, and training satisfaction scores.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Technical Training Development: Design and deliver live and virtual technical training programs for partners and internal GTM teams.
* On-Demand Learning Content: Create engaging video-based training modules for LMS platforms.
* Certification Programs: Drive partner and employee certification rates through targeted workshops and assessments.
* Bootcamps & Workshops: Deliver quarterly hands-on technical bootcamps.
* Training Analytics: Measure and report on training effectiveness (completion rates, satisfaction scores, time-to-competency).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to ensure training meets business needs.
* Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and iterate training content to address knowledge gaps.
* Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% for in-person training.

Requirements
About you
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education/Training, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in technical enablement or solutions consulting in a SaaS or technology company.
* Fluent in German and English (native or near-native proficiency).
* Strong instructional and presentation skills (live and virtual).
* Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and video editing for training content.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable training materials.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
* Deep knowledge of conversational AI, automation, or customer experience platforms.
* Experience in designing certification programs and technical bootcamps.
