Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Learn to develop, drive and constantly evolve global market strategies Understanding industry evolution trends and material needs, mapping out market opportunities in customer, component and application dynamics Support in the definition of go to market strategies for new product introductions and review market strategies for existing products Support in the design and roll out of innovation programs in line with business and market strategy Support and close project collaboration with sales and innovation teams Coordinate training programs for regional business development teams Qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar; First relevant experience in a B2B environment or Consulting background would be beneficial Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting in front of senior management Experience with social selling, lead generation and lead management Strong strategic mindset Strong English and German skills are required for regular customer interactions Ability and interest to travel up to two days per week The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
