The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to apply innovative critical thinking skills to ensure proactive inclusive leadership and direction in the area of sales coverage and growth, team leadership, management and performance.
The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team to superior quarterly and annual performance through the deployment of key initiatives, sales initiatives, training, tools and the development of sales plans.
This position includes the management of a large sales and education team located across a respective market, calling on key partner sales and operational management and deploying within key retailer’s.
In partnership with sales management, the Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for personally developing critical relationships within the retailer and the ABH corporate team.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the achievement of retail sales plan and corporate KPI for the region.
Delivering Best-in-class leadership and development of team.
Builds strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
Ability to implement a focused strategy to drive results, in line with corporate objectives.
Effectively manage budgets within ABH guidelines provided for freelance, and expenses.
Accountable for completing all administrative assignments by the respective due date.
Uphold ABH Dress code guidelines, while consistently evolving looks to reflect current trends.
Manage the hiring process for your market and filling open positions in a timely manner.
Responsible for calling out key opportunities/gaps they see in market for ABH to win.
Competencies: Majority of time is spent in-store driving retail sales and supporting the development of the team in the territory.
1. 5-7 years in a retail selling environment 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience in an executive role or regional manager role Experience managing a Market while driving a successful business Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others to strive for excellence Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively execute and manage details Track record of achieving sales targets and KPI’s Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships Can provide FOCUS to the team and align them in the vision to achieve results Excellent written and verbal communications.
