We are looking for you as a Junior Service Manager (human*) with immediate effect. Together with Uwe, Alexandra and your team, you will proactively support our customers' managed services. If you are ready to take on new challenges every day while keeping an eye on our customers' satisfaction, this could be the perfect next step for you.
THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU
* You will be responsible for the introduction and project management of new services and the smooth operation of the customer services assigned to you in accordance with the agreed contracts
* Your motivation is to ensure high service quality and to continuously improve customer service in close cooperation with the specialist departments
* You identify cross-selling potential with your customers. The joint development of customized solutions with the Customer Success Team is then the focus of your commitment
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
* Completed technical studies
* Initial professional experience in project management, IT service management, service delivery management or technical customer support
* Proactive personality characterised by a high level of commitment and customer orientation
* Experienced and friendly interaction with customers and willingness to travel (max. 30% of working hours)
* Business fluent German (min. C1) and very good written and spoken English (min. B2)
* Driving licence
OPTIONAL BUT ADVANTAGEOUS
* Dealing with ITSM systems
* First contact with JIRA and Confluence
* Knowledge of ITIL or even an ITIL certification
