As a Senior Manager ContinuousImprovement (m/f/d) - DBS Leader, you will play a key role indriving improvements that align with ourvision.
This position is located in Dassel,Germany and will be an on-siteposition.
YourResponsibilities:
* Drivetargeted, sustainable improvement in QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Costand Innovation) through the effective use of DBS tools, consultingskills, and change managementprocesses.
* Assist leadershipin developing a DBS Roadmap for the ManufacturingSite.
* Provide formal andinformal training and coaching on DBStools.
* Facilitate DBStraining sessions and lead Policy Deployment and Daily Managementreviews.
* Evaluate andimprove kaizen events by ensuring compliance to the kaizenprocess.
* Analyze anddiagnose workflow impediments and provide expert counsel oneliminating them using DBStools.
* Promote associatedevelopment in DBS tools and kaizenleadership.
YourQualifications:
* Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Business or Engineering required; 5+ years ofwork experiencepreferred.
* Able to assessbusiness metrics and situations from a general manager'sperspective.
* Mastery ofvarious DBS tools (Lean or Growthrelated).
* Demonstratedleadershipcapabilities.
* Ability toinform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBSinitiatives.
* Fluent inEnglish andGerman.
