Business Development Manager | Sales, Account Executive, New Business, IT Services | Germany An international tech consultancy is looking for an Business Development Manager to help grow their new business in Germany. This would be a critical role within their sales team to grow and develop their business pipeline as well as negotiate the closure of multi-million Euro deals within the IT Services Sector. Responsibilities of the role: Develop key client relationships (prospective and existing) Pipeline management, lead generation, proposal development, pricing (managing the entire sales process) Consultation with customers to fully understand their business needs and how you can help resolve them Strong contact with clients including onsite meetings Proposal/contract generation Accurate forecasting and pipeline management Job qualifications include: At least 5 years' experience in a sales role handling a variety of demanding customers Previous experience in a tech/digital focussed role - ideally with IT Service sales experience - enabling knowledge-based conversations Expert in the analysis and consultation of business needs Knowledge of cloud technologies is a must (ideally AWS) Ability to confidently deliver presentations to groups Fluency in German and English is essential Experience working in the financial industry In return, they can offer you: Market leading salary and uncapped commission (50/50 ratio) Remote work from within Germany with occasional team meetings (offices in Berlin and Munich) Deal sizes can be €1million Generous benefits package If you are an experienced sales professional and want to work in a multi-national consultancy, apply or contact Luke Rose directly to find out more
