Are you an experienced marketing and communications executive with a strong network in the Benelux and European logistics industry? We are looking for a dynamic MarCom leader to build and develop our team and actively participate in tactical marketing activities. You will have a proven track record in driving operational MarCom performance and be able to create effective on & offline marketing plans across Benelux, Western Europe and the Mlog division. If you are proactive, results-orientated and ready to set new standards in marketing, we look forward to receiving your application Become part of our team Your tasks Creating marketing & budget plans for the division and the Benelux markets in close internal collaboration Provide KPI reporting and data-driven insights using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce/MS Dynamics. Develop and implement the regional marketing mix, both online (67% digital: email, LinkedIn paid, search engine marketing, third party adverts) and offline (33% offline: Direct marketing, trade fairs, events and print Drive, plan and execute lead generation channels (Google & Social Paid, Search Engine Marketing) for the business unit and local markets. Execute digital marketing campaigns for the region via HubSpot, including content creation such as landing pages, digital materials and social media posts. Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and provide regular updates and reports on KPIs with corresponding action plans. Nurturing leads through to handover to the sales team. Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in MarCom in an international environment At least 5 years of experience in managing small to medium-sized teams with a focus on team development. In-depth knowledge of the Western European market, especially Benelux and France, as well as an established network in logistics. Experienced in strategic stakeholder management and in leading & advising internal partners at senior level Expertise in digital marketing, including Google paid, social media, email and inbound marketing.
