Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Accountabilities:
5. Conducts Month-end results validation and management reporting at the Market level
6. Drives improvements and actively manages change in their area of responsibility
7. Assists MU Execution Leader with reviewing calculations and provides guidance as it relates to pricing Change Orders/Claims
8. Determines and presents the financial performance of projects at a P&L level (including CO, PVR, Volume impacts, and As-sold vs As-executed/NCCs).
9. Active participation in the Auditing process (internal/external) for the specific country/market
10. Interprets project financial data and trends and then draws conclusions for further action/follow-up
11. Reviews project performance vs forecast and clearly articulates root cause of variance (after closing)
12. Ensures the billing plan reflects the execution schedules
13. Issues invoices asap when milestones are achieved
14. Drives action concerning overdue Accounts Receivable
Qualifications & Experience:
15. Bachelor's Degree or apprenticeship in economics, Finance, Accounting, or an associated field
16. First Project Accounting experience is essential
17. Experience with POC (Percentage of Completion) accounting or similar methods relating to work-in-progress evaluations
18. Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s & Pivot Tables)
19. Ability to apply critical thinking and possesses strong analytical skills
20. Experience working within a multi-disciplinary environment
21. Ability to build key relationships with internal stakeholders and to create a successful partnership within your area
22. Experience with SAP
23. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
24. Fluent in English and German
