Fantastic, then take a look: https://www.youtube.com/embed/73i_f4kpfVU?rel0&showinfo The opportunity - Manage internal and external site engagement team. - Develop and execute site engagement strategy/plan for each study. - Positioning Teva as the preferred sponsor of choice among sites will be a primary goal in this role. - Collaborate with key partners to develop effective site engagement approaches and tools specifically tailored for deployment by GCO in priority markets including robust segmentation processes to optimize site engagement through the clinical trial process. - Foster strategic operational relationship and cultivate long-term relationships with research sites. - Work side-by-side with clinical operations team to coordinate the development and implementation of tools designed to support efficient and impactful management of site relationships. - Participate in Operational Forum and various study team meetings as appropriate. - Provide global expertise and support of the study teams with start-up, recruitment, and sponsor oversight activities. - Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of Site Voice insights to gain a detailed understanding of current performance, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for enhancing engagement and improving clinical trial delivery. - Support the Start-up Group (SUG) and Clinical Research Organization (CRO) with site identification and feasibility as requested. - Along with the Clinical Project Managers (CPMs), Global Medical Affairs (GMA), and Clinical Development identify key sites where a strategic partnership should be implemented. - Provide recommendations for Coordinating Investigator (CI/NCIs) as applicable. - Assist in Issue Management process as requested and aid in resolution of site issues as agreed with the study team. Your experience and qualifications - A minimum of Bachelor's degree is required. - Prior direct people management experience - 15 years of progressive business experience in the pharmaceutical and/or drug development industry is required. - Previous experience in managing sites and fostering strong site relationships is required. - Sharp analytical skills and the ability to effectively use data to create impactful site engagement strategies is required. - Demonstrated ability to bring new thinking and ideas in site engagement to drive organizational adaptation in response to cultural and market changes is required. - Proven track record of successfully engaging sites and building a strong sponsor reputation is required. - Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence partners across matrix organizations is required. - Ability to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility is required. - Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and establishing a positive work environment is required. - Ability to craft structured approaches to drive flawless execution and establish standards of excellence is required.
