Senior Project Manager

Salary Expectation: €100,000- €120,000
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of projects, including IT implementations, budget and timeline management, and business transformation initiatives
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans and oversee their execution, tracking progress, resources, costs, and adherence to timelines.
* Lead and facilitate effective team collaboration, clarifying team roles, and coordinating meetings to update all stakeholders on project developments.
* Identify, evaluate, and manage potential project risks, devising strategies to minimise impact and adapting risk plans as needed.
* Manage communication across teams and stakeholders, fostering a transparent project environment and ensuring everyone remains informed.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Substantial experience in project management, preferably gained in an international setting.
* Strong academic background, ideally holding a degree in business administration, business IT, or a similar discipline. A doctorate would be advantageous.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM), alongside advanced knowledge of project management software such as JIRA.
* Proficiency in both German and English.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
