Your job as a Community Manager:
* You advise small and medium-sized companies (SMB) on advertising solutions and the management of advertisements
* You provide Post Sales Support, showing the benefits of advertising solutions
* When answering customer inquiries, you use all communication channels such as voice, font editing and customer touchpoints in the social network
Do you have what it takes:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Fluent in CZECH and good command of English (B2+)
* Social Media advert product knowledge or strong interest in digital advertising
* Problem solver, multitasker and accustomed under pressure to get the best results
* Fast comprehension and learning ability
