Team Lead (f/m/x) Online Marketing
Your responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire a team of online marketing specialists
2. Develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy together with marketing communication stakeholders across the EMEA region
3. Establish effective online marketing activities and monitor success with meaningful KPIs through the development of existing and new tools and channels
4. Strengthen the successful and targeted cooperation with our web agency
Your profile
5. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in successful online marketing (website, social media, newsletters, customer portals, e-commerce, etc.)
6. Experience with CMS Typo3 and general technical understanding of website backends and APIs
7. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams and leading projects
8. A distinct result-oriented approach with the ability to plan, organize and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneously
9. Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written in English, enabling effective communication with cross-functional and international teams
