The following exciting, diverse tasks are waiting for you: Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for transport business processes within LIXIL Continuously evaluate and analyze current logistics processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation Develop, document, and implement process changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives Design and realization of standardized processes in the area of transport management in the context of the global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA at LIXIL Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., IT, finance, operations, etc.) as well as external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of processes Conception and implementation of a transportation management system with focus on optimization, standardization and digitalization of logistics processes Lead or support process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to ensure stakeholders understand and adhere to new or updated processes Ensure that business processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices and conduct regular audits Our requirements: Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in transport logistics, ideally in an international environment, ideally as a Business Process Owner Knowledge of SAP and Transport Management Systems Experience in the implementation of international transport projects Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
