MISSION
Within the Europe Team, to support in establishing PIAGET as a key actor of Jewellery & Watchmaking in the luxury industry in Northern Europe, Netherland, Nordics in terms of Image & brand coherence. Besides, to support sales growth and implementation of the activations plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES MARKETING
* Support in conception, organization, and implementation of the Maison’s events in the region: multi-brand, small scale events, manufacture visits etc.
* Coordinate event logistics and organization with partners
* Support in creation of post-event reports
* Support in Plan & implementation of institutional, seasonal and event Visual Merchandising within distribution network
* Coordinate VM/POS related logistics & SAP
* Coordinate consignments, including creation of loan documents, consignment of timepieces, coordination of pick-ups and returns
* Support Sales and PR team for photo shootings organization
RESPONSIBILITIES SALES
* Serves as operational contact for Retail Partners
* Monitor daily sales order
* Share product information to retail partners
* Monitor the stock of retail partners and product availability
* Create the product assortment for clients and monitor the implementation
* Update the local price list, in alignment with global guidelines
* Monitor commercial conditions and create calculation & invoicing of client year-end target bonuses
* Keep track of authorized POS and support in coordination of the opening & closing of POS
* Follow up on product allocation and forecast target achievement based on client priority and targets in alignment with Sales Managers
* Key user for business performance management tools (Booster, SAP)
* Manage sales application data

* Minimal 1 year experience in sales / marketing
* Bachelor degree in business administration
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus Business fluency in English and German, French is a plus
