Your Job
1. Play a key role in providing global support and oversight for RI accounting systems, particularly SAP FPSL
2. Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure consistent SAP FPSL system usage globally
3. Coordinate the system requirements process (including all testing activities) from an accounting perspective and ensure correct and timely implementation of feature and change requests
4. Support quality assurance activities by developing and implementing reporting functionalities and performing technical validation checks
5. Represent RIA1.5.5 in alignment meetings with central valuation and reporting teams
6. Participate in cross-divisional and group-wide projects and working groups
7. Conduct internal and external training on system-related accounting and closing topics
Your Profile
8. Degree in computer science or business administration or a degree in insurance business administration
9. Several years of relevant experience in system administration or accounting
10. Very good knowledge of SAP accounting systems (e.g. SAP FPSL, ideally also GT & ECON) and Business Warehouse Solutions, e.g. EDWH, including mass data extraction and transformation
11. Willingness to learn new system applications (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI)
12. Interest in accounting topics, especially related to IFRS17
13. Willingness to accept and implement challenging topics in a dynamic environment
14. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, eagerness to tackle and illustrate complex issues
15. Interest in participating in global projects and working with colleagues globally
16. Well presented with a confident demeanor and the ability to work diplomatically and constructively with interface functions
17. Very good planning and organizational skills
18. Excellent command of English
