Chief Product Owner (m/f/d) Equipment Services, Device Connectivity and Analytics This is an outstanding opportunity to join Dentsply Sirona's global and passionate Software Engineering & User Experience (SWUX) team. The CPO (m/f/d) Equipment Services, Device Connectivity and Analytics will be based in Bensheim. You will be critical for making Dentsply Sirona's Digital Transformation a success and drive the strategy of the serviceability of our superior IoT devices like the Primescan 2 and convert the data to useful analytics for customers and stakeholders alike. As a key member of the product owner team, you will drive digitalization in the dental industry and closely collaborate with team members in various locations, including Switzerland, USA and Germany. Key responsibilities: - Drive the strategic roadmap around equipment services, device connectivity and analytics - Create a shared vision, focused on results and organizational goals - Drive technical innovation and decisions - Responsible for translating requirements of multiple stakeholders into epics and tangible input for development teams - Prioritize product backlogs across multiple teams to maximize value - Manage a group of product owners to deliver value aligned with the overall Dentsply Sirona strategy - Promote agile development processes within the digital transformation process - Pioneer IoT solutions in the dental industry Requirements and Qualification : - Scientific or engineering education (Master, Diploma or PhD) in software development, computer science, information technology, or related engineering areas - Experience working as product owner or project manager in an agile software development and R&D environment, in addition to requirements engineering expertise - Proven track record of successful software releases and applying agile development approaches like SCRUM - Profound experience with the IoT environment (e.g. gRPC, MQTT, EDGE, etc.) and cloud solutions (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc.) - Strong situational awareness & leading skills resulting in the ability to drive cross functional team performance - High level of engagement, transparency & accountability - Ability to resolve structural complexity into executable development and technology packages - An agile mindset, excited about new technologies and eager to apply them to realize business benefits - Excellent communication skills in English.
