Task Description
* Individually manage, steer and/or participate in several projects in the area of Finance, duty/customs and OtC. Also, operational OtC tasks are part of your day-to-day job
* Full responsibility for the complex SAP/G3P rollout (Q1-2026 planning) taking all stakeholders into account
* Securing project results within budget and resources
* Understanding the complexity of optimizing business processes, and proven record of managed and successfully completed complex projects
* Seek opportunities, further develop and/or standardize current and new financial processes and systems including monitoring
* Stakeholder management, both on-site and remote, ready to communicate on a higher management level
* Active management of service providers to further increase performance in the finance area
* Implementation and compliance with local, regional and global finance standards and policies
* Adhere to project timelines, quality objectives and defined budgets
* Managing the duty/customs Query Handling activities from an OtC perspective, also stakeholder management with the different service providers that process and handle the duty/customs activities
* Supporting OtC related operational tasks and day-to-day business challenges (> 40%)
* Mastering Office 365, like Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc. is a must, PowerBi knowledge is a pré
* Willingness to go on business trips (<25%) to meet our stakeholders at (decentralized) project meetings
Required Skills and Knowledge:
* University or minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in related field
* 3-6 years experience in managing projects / processes, working independently with limited or no supervision
* Knowledge and experience with SAP/G3P is an advantage
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Preferably knowledge in agile and waterfall project management standards (g. PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAP Activate) is a pré
* Experience managing complex problems proactively, seek for improvements and opportunities
* Skilled in analyzing operating data, maintaining process-related reports, and using data insights for process improvements
* Very strong German and English written and verbal communication skills, is a must
* Ability to influence others and to build storylines and vision
* Commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices in process improvement
* Commitment to understand the full duty/customs processes, monitoring and managing these and their stakeholders
* Proficiency in identifying and resolving key risk areas in operational and Financial processes
* Knowledge of defining and recommending performance indicators for process evaluation
* Expertise in driving the implementation of solutions and handing them over to business owners
