Your tasks
7. You create best-in-class creative assets for the ZEAL brands (LOTTO24, Tipp24, Freiheit+, Traumhauslotterie a.o.)
8. You translate brand visual identities into effective ad formats for mostly digital channels with a focus on Social ads, onsite teasers, newsletter designs, display formats and landing pages (static as well as motion graphics)
9. You continuously develop new creative approaches and concepts (supported by our brand managers, Creative & Social Media lead) in order to avoid ad fatigue and consistently deliver against our performance-oriented goals
10. You take part in developing cross-channel branding and sales campaigns together with the brand teams as well as external creatives/agencies
11. You consult stakeholders how to visually communicate brand messages and call-to-actions for maximum effectiveness
12. You present and communicate creative concepts and ideas as well as visual solutions in the team
13. You support our corporate and employer branding activities for ZEAL and LOTTO24 in close collaboration with our People & Culture team
What you offer us
14. You have multi-year experience as an Art Director or Creative Director Art, either on agency- or client-side
15. You have a track-record in developing effective visual and creative concepts that you can demonstrate in your creative portfolio
16. You have a strong background in Social Media as well as other relevant digital channels and extensive knowledge about key ad formats
17. You’re an absolute professional in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ideally in Figma as well
18. Besides static imagery you’re also well versed in creating motion graphics
19. Ideally you also know a thing or two about print designs
20. You’re a fast learner with a lot of passion for great design
21. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery
22. You like to take on accountability and enjoy an independent way of working while also being a 100% teamplayer with great communication
23. You thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and you can communicate in German & English fluently
