How Does Worldee Work?
Worldee is a platform that helps people explore the world easily and authentically. We’ve built a marketplace for trips, connecting seasoned travelers who earn money from their experiences with those ready to set off on their next adventure. You can buy a trip to Iceland on our platform, and it includes everything—flights, accommodations, guide services, and experiences.
But Worldee isn’t just a trip marketplace. Travelers can get inspired by tens of thousands of itineraries, plan their own trips in our trip planner, and after returning, save everything in a personalized travel journal.

As a Venture Development Associate in the DACH Expansion Team, you will embark on a steep learning curve that covers all aspects of startup growth and international expansion. This role is sales and outreach-focused, with a unique emphasis on influencer marketing, a key driver of growth for modern businesses.
Today, any business—especially those selling online—must leverage influencer marketing. It’s the future of lead generation and advertising, enabling brands to connect authentically with their target audience.
In this role, you’ll learn how to:
* Drive sales through strategic outreach and partnerships with influencers and key partners in the DACH market.
* Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and key partners to amplify our brand and grow our customer base.
* Build and scale a regional team for sustainable growth.
* Collaborate closely with a small, hands-on team in a dynamic environment.
You’ll work directly with experienced professionals to gain the knowledge and skills needed to shape your entrepreneurial journey. This position is ideal for those aspiring to one day start their own company.
Your challenge will be to:
* Execute sales outreach strategies, with a focus on identifying and onboarding influencers to promote our offerings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key partners in the DACH region.
* Develop innovative approaches to leverage influencer marketing as a primary growth driver.
* Collaborate with the team to shape sales processes and refine our go-to-market approach.
* Participate in regular check-ins to share results, experiences, and insights.
* Contribute to the development of a small but highly motivated regional team.

Who We’re Looking For
This is a crucial role in driving Worldee’s expansion. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience: Up to 3 years of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Mindset: A passion for learning, improving daily, and tackling challenges head-on.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience is a plus but not required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
* Interest: A strong interest in influencer marketing and leveraging it for business growth.
* Availability: Full-time availability, working CET hours.
* Languages: German (native) and English (fluent).
* Setup: Ability to work as a contractor.
