Responsibilities:
* You will support us in the preparation and follow-up of training sessions.
* You will accompany training sessions and, if interested, take on the role of co-moderator.
* You will support our team in organizing seminars in the Learning Management System.
* You will contribute your creative ideas to the independent development of digital learning opportunities (e.g., eLearnings).
* You will have the opportunity to play an active role in various HR development projects.
Your profile:
* Degree in intercultural psychology, business psychology, adult education or a comparable field of study.
* Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel and organizational development.
* Good knowledge of English.
