About the role
As a member of the Revenue Marketing Team reporting to the VP Revenue Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build awareness, engagement and create sales pipeline globally. You’ll collaborate with the various Syncron teams, including Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and Sales.
What would you do?
* Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies, on and offline that align with the company's overall pipeline goals.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
* Managing budgets and allocating resources to maximize ROI.
* Staying up to date with industry trends and technological advances.
* Develop practices, processes and procedures to scale and gain efficiencies in Syncron.
* Build relationships across teams to maximize demand generation opportunities for Syncron.
Who you are? / What we expect:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a demand generation marketing role.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Expertise in digital marketing channels such as email, SEO, PPC, and social media.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes with competing and/or shifting priorities
The icing on the cake:
* Skilled in developing targeted demand generation programs that align with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
* Experience with Marketing Technology, including 6sense, HubSpot, Pathfactory and Drift to name a few
* Proven track record of collaborating within a global organisation across various roles
