We are looking for you as a Head of HR Accounting & Controlling (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:
* Management and development of the payroll accounting, HR controlling and travel management team
* Full responsibility for monthly payroll accounting, including compliance with all deadlines and legal and collectively agreed provisions
* Developing and analyzing relevant key figures to prepare HR planning and the HR budget as well as ad hoc evaluations and KPIs
* Reporting the figures to the Management Board and divisional management
* Management of contractual and collectively agreed special payments and provisions
* Carrying out quarterly and annual financial statements on the HR side
* Managing HR projects, particularly in connection with further digitalization
* Cooperation with auditors, tax offices, social insurance institutions, health insurance funds and employers' liability insurance associations
* Handling the annual performance appraisal process
Your profile:
* Completed commercial studies or similar qualification
* Experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a manufacturing industry environment
* Knowledge of the application of collective agreements is an advantage
* Very good knowledge of Excel for creating reports
* Ideally management experience
* Knowledge of HR systems such as Rexx and Paisy or similar systems is an advantage
* Very good German and good English skills
* Resilience, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
