You will be in close contact with our largest enterprise customers, making sure they have a smooth on boarding experience. The job contains both social and technical aspects. You will help hands on in the technical realization of the customers projects on the Codesphere Platform. In addition, you will teach and learn from customers in interviews and workshops. Good English write & speech Good communication skills ~2 years of experience in OOP Language (personal, educational, work experience) Used at least 2 different Web Frameworks to develop production grade Web Applications (For exle: laravel, magento, ruby on rails, express, pimcore, wordpress) Able to rollout changes to Kubernetes Clusters in a safe way Understands DevOps Principles: Understands the benefit of platforms like Codesphere and can describe its relation to other Dev Tools. Knows the DevOps Principles and can see how they realized in Codesphere Used CI System before (Jenkins, Buildbot or similar) Basic Linux administration using Bash Preferred qualifications Experience in customer support or sales Experience in configuring, setting up and administering Kubernetes clusters Location Partially Remote or in the office in Karlsruhe or Munich. Tasks Technical Realization of the customers installation of Codesphere fix small bugs in Codesphere if it blocks the customer write small medium sized scripts to automate your work Integrate Codesphere into the customers CI landscape Setup VPN Connections Tweak configuration files to the Customers needs Communication Create Slack channels Send Welcome Messages Arrange Appointments (weekly sync, onboarding call, handover meeting) weekly sync if necessary Consulting Teach how to use Codesphere Give Demos of the Product Listen to clients explain their architecture. Document it Pre Sales: Answer technical questions before contract is signed, to aid sales In sales calls Internally, to create quotes Share learnings from customer interactions with Product manager, Sales, Marketing and UX/UI team Not Tasks 2nd lvl on call support after onboarding is finished Technical deep dive workshops into very advanced topics Completely set up new data centers alone
