This is a great leadership opportunity to manage the LEGO Education business in Germany, ensuring we fully maximize our potential, and reach more students and classrooms. Please note: This is a Senior Manager level position. Core responsibilities - Take responsibility for channel strategy by managing and growing our business and ensuring we grow our reach and impact in German schools. - Represent Germany into the LEI LT and wider LE business. Be the eyes and ears of German market education insights and needs and feed these back into the LEGO Education product and strategy organizations. - Manage our brand in Germany and drive messaging to strengthen brand awareness. - Establish and manage a network of regional partners and communities in education departments who can become advocates for Hands on Learning. - Grow the reach and outcomes of our teacher training initiatives. - Collaborate with colleagues in the LEGO Group to ensure that we show up together wherever appropriate in cohesive and impactful fashion. - Model a compliance-first approach to your team, colleagues and partners and customers. - Coach your team to build and hone stronger competencies, model a true growth mindset, and constantly challenge for outstanding results. Do you have what it takes? - Several years of account/market leadership experience. Experience of online sales is essential. - Passion for channel management and business execution. - Strong legal and framework approach to performance execution - you follow process and protocol to conduct business with standards and quality. - Ability to show and model critical thinking; be choiceful in growing our business with the partners. Strong and proven strategic foresight that leads to results. - Curiosity and humility - a passion for learning, improving, and building stronger capabilities in yourself and those around you. - Strong digital skills and fluency with data and CRM and the confidence to act on the data. - Strong attention to detail with proficient and professional verbal communication and writing skills. - Proven people leadership capabilities, team-orientated and can work with teams globally, with ability to also show indirect management and development with team members. - Proficiency in both English and German is essential. - Ability to travel (1 week in 4).
