WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT In our projects, you will develop strategies for renowned clients from various industries and create the necessary foundations for their successful implementation. Depending on your experience, you will either take on project management or project responsibility in our client projects, manage client accounts, and lead acquisition activities. As a (Senior) Manager, you will acquire new clients, create customized offer packages, and conduct negotiation discussions. Furthermore, you will translate cutting-edge technology trends into innovative business ideas, derive sustainable business models and strategies, and thus further develop our consulting focus "Growth." Depending on your experience, you will take responsibility for subject areas, people, and the development of our internal processes and methods. You will develop new marketing concepts and monetization options, optimize internal procedures and processes, and be responsible for the establishment, management, and development of consulting. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG An above-average completed degree, ideally with a focus in business, engineering, IT, or innovation. You already possess extensive expertise in the CRM & Omnichannel environment and ideally also in Digital Commerce, demonstrated through at least 6-8 years of consulting and/or implementation or team involvement on the company side. As a (Senior) Manager, you have also encountered the strategic application of data in the Omnichannel Commerce context and are familiar with CRM platforms and new Customer Engagement trends. As a (Senior) Manager, you possess deep expertise and are thoroughly proficient in these areas. You know how to develop a Customer Journey and Customer Journey Mapping. Ideally, you have experience with agile structures and work methods. Additionally, solid experience and enthusiasm for several of the following topics are advantageous: digital business models, corporate strategy, transformation management, (agile) organizational development, new developments in AI. Strong analytical skills, structured thinking ability, and a results-oriented mindset. A friendly and winning personality with leadership experience, strong communication and assertiveness skills in English and German (C1 level), a confident presence, as well as a necessary dose of curiosity and humor.
