Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support for the CFO
2. Preparation of presentations, statistics and reports
3. Organization of meetings, events and business trips including preparing travel expense reports
4. Careful preparation and follow-up of meetings
5. Monitoring and coordinating appointments
6. Independent handling of correspondence in German and English
7. Collaboration on special projects
Qualifications:
8. Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification in the field of management assistance
9. 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
10. Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
11. Strong communications and team skills as well as discretion and confidentiality
12. Very good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
