You will support restructuring measures, taking labor law aspects into account, and ensure their successful implementation. You will work closely and constructively with national and international colleagues, as well as employee representatives. You will actively contribute your expertise to (global) projects with legal relevance, ensuring their successful execution in compliance with policies and guidelines. Qualifications Education: Fully qualified lawyer / in-house counsel with the 2nd state examination or equivalent. Personality and Work Style: High flexibility, strong teamwork, negotiation, and communication skills. Independent and structured way of working. Experience and Expertise: Professional experience in the field of Human Resources with a focus on international and collective labor law. Ideally, experience in negotiations with employee representatives and knowledge of the collective agreements in the metal and electrical industries. Passion: Shaping HR topics within a company that is undergoing transformation (IoT) as part of a team. Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English.
