Your tasks:
* Supporting the office team with daily administrative tasks
* Planning and preparation of internal and external events
* Professional welcome for customers and applicants
* Assist our HR team in recruiting and personnel development
Your profile:
* You are studying business administration, economics or social sciences or similar subjects
* You have 16–20 hours per week for exciting and varied tasks
* You live in Frankfurt or close by
* You have already gained practical experience
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Entrepreneurial mind with a high level of self-motivation and self-organization
* Outstanding social competency, strong communication skills
* Excellent English and German skills
