What you’ll bring to the table: At least 3 years of experience in corporate/group accounting at all levels, ideally combined with work experience in the area of Sustainability Reporting Requirements on Corporate level. Strong IFRS accounting skills and a BSc./Msc./MBA in related fields. An inspiring individual who believes that accounting and sustainability reporting can have a significant and long-term impact on our business success. A strategic and creative thinker who can effectively prioritize and easily adapt to and navigate through competing priorities. Experience with data management and financial consolidation tools (ideally IBM Cognos TM1) is highly desirable. Profound IT skills (especially MS Excel), ideally first experience with ESG tools. Pragmatism and a strong hands-on mentality combined with profound accounting knowledge makes you a finance professional that brings our ESG reporting to a new level. A solutions-oriented and intellectually curious mindset, scoping projects and seeking fast results always looking to expand your horizons. Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills. This is what we offer: Own, implement and continuously develop the Group’s ESG reporting, including the professional and technical implementation of an ESG tool. Taking ownership of preparing the Group’s annual ESG reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with existing reporting requirements while overseeing and reviewing the related reporting process for 30 entities. Responsible for the smooth running of ESG reporting processes from initial submission through to the auditor’s certificate. Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated IFRS figures. Support in the implementation of best in class accounting processes that can scale up to a 500 million USD revenue state.
