We, Pelin and Adri (Talent Acquisition Managers), will support you in exploring the topics you’re most passionate about, helping you gain clarity and confidence as you take your next steps toward the future. In our People team we encourage cross-team collaboration, an open feedback culture and effective prioritization. You’ll enable our teams to achieve their objectives by hiring the right people at the right time, based on team needs and business priorities.

You will:
* Support the Talent Team by coordinating interviews, managing priority role scheduling and aligning multiple calendars seamlessly.
* Act as the primary contact for candidates, addressing their questions and introducing them to our company culture.
* Assist the team in identifying top talent through various sourcing channels, learning how to find relevant profiles and gaining practical experience in recruitment dynamics.
* Own end to end recruitment process for working student and intern roles.
* Contribute to employer branding projects, creating materials that enhance the candidate journey and highlight our culture.
* Network and collaborate with colleagues, especially across the People Team, share ideas, and bring new perspectives.
You bring:
* You’re currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a university program in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You’re available for at least 6 months for an internship or Working Student position .
* You’re passionate about people topics and ideally envision a career in Talent Acquisition.
* You have experience managing projects and gained hands-on experience during your studies.
* You thrive in team collaboration, are naturally curious, and have a strong drive to learn and grow.
