We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. About the role Ensure the correct execution of the Vision Store and distribution for each format of the traditional channel, execution of the commercial strategy of the commercial team for each account settled in its territory. Achieve a superior presence of our brands at the point of sale, through the attachment to the models of attention designed for each format of the traditional channel. Business Development. Maintain and increase market shares, Shelf and Exhibitions. Development and Training of people. Empower the team of Advisors of the point of sale, develop analysis and negotiation skills that ensure the perfect execution at the point of sale. Your responsibilities In summary, you'll: Supervise and follow up on the promotion team. Execution of Master plan for the fulfillment of performance objectives aligned with the company and customers. Increase the distribution and participation of brands in their geographic territory. The experience we're looking for Desired field of studies: Business Administration, MKT, Industrial engineering. Previous work experience in: Not necessary but RDV Sales is a plus. The skills for success -Sales Process -Sales techniques -Analysis and reporting. -Intermediate english -Technical abilities: Leadership, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and structure.
