What we offer you The time has finally come and you have finished your studies or are about to do so and are looking forward to contributing your acquired knowledge and creative ideas to us During the 18-month trainee program, you will gain intensive insights into Evonik's global supply chain management and get to know the work processes in an international company by working at various locations. During the program, you will be mentored by an experienced manager from Supply Chain Management. You will develop your technical and methodological skills on the job by taking on your own projects as well as off the job in seminars and training courses, such as project management, presentation training, etc. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and/or sustainable topics. These activities are carried out together with other Evonik trainees. A 3-month stay abroad is also part of the program. Please apply online by April 13th, 2025 with complete application documents.
