Your mission
* Independent, structured processing of worldwide commercial transactions
* Order processing including the preparation of purchase orders, order confirmations, customs clearance documents, shipping documents and invoices
* You are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign business partners
* You are in daily intensive contact with customers, suppliers, agents and your contact person in the sales department
* You support the sales department in the processing and initiation of purchase and sales transactions
Your profile
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - preferably in a freight forwarding company or in foreign trade - or a comparable university degree
* Professional experience in the import or export business
* Good written and spoken English and German (min. B-Level) - ideally Spanish
* Service-oriented way of working
* A quick perception, analytical thinking as well as a structured and precise way of working
* Enjoy a new challenge and the daily cooperation with customers, suppliers, agents, etc.
* Ability to work in a team and flexible
