Your future role.
* As a Global Sales Manager Solutions for Green Hydrogen you build the sales organization, coach people and manage global coordination of effort and focus in support of the go to market strategy.
* You develop the sales strategy and the tactical plan to achieve business targets and foster strong growth in orders.
* You work closely with the Head of Hydrogen and Other Verticals on business strategy, bringing insights into customer needs and trends developing in green hydrogen projects to the roadmap discussions for product selection, development and solution architecture.
* You manage global team coordination toward the focus market areas, plan sales volumes and potential of target customers, and coordinate CRM for forecasts and planning.
* You develop strong industrial networks and relationships with end users, EPC and electrolyser OEMs.
* You conduct sales activities in support of the strategy, investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities for the customer related product and service portfolio.
* You prepare and negotiate projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management, contributing to the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers.
Your profile.
* The basis of your success is a completed Bachelor or Master degree in electrical / automation engineering and a power system engineering background.
* Building on this, you have already gained a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager towards a process industry market segment and have a clear understanding of the End User, EPC and Product OEM roles in project development.
* Knowledge of hydrogen production with electrolyzers and the hydrogen industry and its value chain rounds up your profile.
* To succeed, you must have the ability to work both independently and in teams.
* You easily connect to people and have good communication and social skills.
* We are looking for a flexible person who can plan and structure their own work as well as that of a global team, is customer-focused and likes to stay up to date on technological developments and industry trends.
* Fluent German and English, verbal and written is mandatory. A working knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
* You must be motivated to travel frequently.
