Tasks Collaboration in the implementation and optimisation of our operational business processes Customer communication and 1st level support for simple standard enquiries (technical, content-related, commercial enquiries) Interface function to IT for simple standard enquiries Support in customer onboarding, reporting General support for the Business Operations team Your profile Completed commercial training At least 1 year of professional experience in the commercial sector Understanding of business processes Independent working style, communicative personality Fluent German and good English skills Experience at an exchange, bank or in trading is an advantage Basic understanding in the areas of trading, blockchain an advantage Why us?
