* Customer and Article Registration: Register new customers and articles in Netsuite, check credit reports
* Order Management: Enter customer orders, trigger orders in Japan, invoice customers, and monitor payments
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate delivery dates, track shipments, create proforma invoices, and send shipment information to customers
* Export Management: Handle packing, labeling, export clearances, and returns to Japan
* Customs and Compliance: Obtain certificates, determine tariff numbers, provide customs instructions, and stay updated on export control regulations
* Reporting: Create and update monthly forecast and budget files
* Accountancy: Write reminder letters, prepare monthly payments to Japan, and acknowledge payments
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
* Knowledge of export procedures and customs regulations
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
