You will contribute to the company's and P&O's mission by supporting the improvement of leadership performance at Siemens through globally recognized leadership development programs and by accompanying projects on leadership topics in the context of transformation at Siemens.
In particular, you will…
1. Accompany and implement SLE pipeline programs, ensuring their successful execution and impact. Design and coordination of further leadership development interventions
2. Identify, select, and curate strategically relevant content for leadership development in the digitalization/industrial IoT context, tailored to specific needs of Siemens
3. As thought leader for Leadership Development, you lead projects focused on leadership topics in the context of transformation, ensuring they are delivered effectively and aligned with People & Organization strategy
4. Foster engagement and collaboration with stakeholders and communities across the corporation to design, implement and coordinate effective leadership development measures globally
5. Identify, select, and work in close collaboration with both internal and external partners such as business schools, subject matter experts, coaches, agencies, and service providers involved in programs and projects
6. Analyze, prepare, and interpret relevant data to measure the success and impact of leadership development initiatives, optimizing them and developing new ones
7. Provide assistance in targeted communication strategies within (sub-)projects, empowering both internal and external stakeholders in the context of strategic leadership development at Siemens
What you need to make real what matters.
8. A University degree in Business Administration/ MBA or Organizational Psychology, as well as relevant professional experience and specialized trainings
9. Several years of expertise in developing leaders, particularly in a technology environment. Comfort in interacting with executives and high profile talents
10. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and partners as well as project work, including management and leadership of strategic (sub-)projects
11. Extensive experience in designing innovative, impactful and scalable formats for leadership development
12. Experience in project management. International project experience is a plus!
13. Deep passion and curiosity about handling and analyzing data to derive insights for further consulting of management as well as P&O business partners
14. Strong communication and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
