Then join our team in Munich and help us take EGYM's success story to a new level Regulatory Compliance : You ensure all EGYM products comply with relevant global regulations, including but not limited to CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, and other industry-specific standards Risk Management : You identify and assess potential compliance risks associated with product design, manufacturing, and distribution, and implement measures to mitigate them. Experience with ISO12100 is desired Product Testing and Certification : You oversee and coordinate product testing, certification, and audits with third-party laboratories and certification bodies to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Documentation and Reporting : You develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including test reports, technical files, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions. You prepare compliance reports for management review Cross-functional Collaboration : You collaborate closely with product development, engineering, quality assurance, and other teams to integrate compliance requirements into product design and development processes Standards Monitoring : You stay updated on changes to applicable standards and regulatory requirements and proactively inform internal stakeholders about new compliance requirements Internal Audits and Training : You conduct internal audits to ensure compliance processes are followed across departments. You provide training to team members on regulatory and compliance standards as needed Your fitness level Educational Background : You have a Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field Experience : You bring more than 8 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance, ideally within the fitness, consumer electronics, or medical device industry Knowledge of Standards : You are familiar with international certification schemes and standards such as CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, ISO 12100, ISO 9001, etc. Soft Skills : You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. You excel in written and verbal communication, effectively presenting compliance information to both technical and non-technical audiences Project Management Skills : You manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Your training goal for your first 6 months Restructuring and Planning : You maintain and improve our technical dossier summarizing the current regulatory status of our products and the company. You develop and implement a comprehensive plan for updating the dossier to align with regulatory requirements Building Expertise and Relationships : You establish yourself as a trusted expert resource for development and product teams, as well as key stakeholders, including senior management. You build strong, collaborative relationships to support regulatory goals Mastering the Regulatory Landscape : You develop a deep understanding of our product ecosystem, the regulatory environment, and the workflows of relevant testing and certification bodies to ensure seamless compliance Improving Processes and Systems : You identify gaps in current regulatory processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. You contribute to the optimization of systems for managing regulatory documentation and tracking compliance Delivering Early Wins : You address immediate regulatory challenges or deadlines, providing actionable insights and solutions to stakeholders.
