YOUR ROLE Further enhance global hair upskilling learning journey focusing on the requirements of individual target groups, e.g. tailoring trainings to the specific needs of former L&HC Sales employees in the regions and countries and align with our future strategic topics. Foster an intensive exchange and collaboration with different stakeholders to align future upskilling topics: the global educational team, the disruptive hair team, the strategy team and the Consumer and Professional IMU teams. Set up and curate the content for annual hair upskilling events for the global hair unit (prof consumer) building on the blueprint. Guiding and supporting the regions in the deployment of their regional upskilling sessions to ensure cascading takes place and is in line with the global educational concept & methodology and excellently executed. Continue developing an ‘always-on’- concept for ongoing blended digital upskilling throughout the year worldwide and creating and publishing the content for it. Closely collaborating with and contributing technical and educational expertise to the Consumer & Professional Brand Teams on the Repeatable Growth Models & Playbooks as well as to the Hair Technology & Cascading Project. Further amend the global hair upskilling concept with the expansion of external stakeholders as target group to make sure we position ourselves as authority of hair also to external world.
