Job Description Working for a leading global online travel provider, with continued rapid global growth, this is a key role for a commercially minded, Strategic Manager. The Market Strategy Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational execution within and across the Regional Market. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of aligning regional objectives with the global strategy. Work closely with various stakeholders, including the International Business Unit, to ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively planned, clearly communicated, and seamlessly implemented. The role will help determine the product focus for the local market to achieve continued growth. Develop and maintain robust business models that support regional growth and sustainability. Prepare and present strategic documents and reports. Engage with stakeholders from the regional teams and HQ teams to ensure alignment and support for regional strategic initiatives. Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, align processes and establish high level metrics, this is a key role within the Region. Conduct comprehensive external and internal environment assessments (including market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and internal capabilities). The role requires strong project management skills, proven track record in developing strategies, with excellent data, analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights – ideally proficient in SQL or similar data interrogation tools Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and implementation within a regional or global context. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
