Your mission
As an HR Intern, you will support our HR team with day-to-day tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Participating in the development of HR processes and mechanisms, including setting up automation tools to improve efficiency.
* Assisting with HR administration, including document management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinating interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and HR projects.
* Handling other ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements
Your areas of expertise
* Bachelor/Master’s degree with a focus in Human Resources or a related field, i.e. Psychology, Statistics, Social Science or other comparable field of study.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment and attention to details.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software or automation tools is an advantage.
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken), Chinese and other languages are considered a plus.
