About the Role A travel marketplace is seeking a senior content designer for a project. You will be part of a cross-functional team committed to crafting high-quality UX copy and enhancing user experience within the Traveler Marketplace team. Your role will focus on developing strategic, user-centered content that positions as the preferred partner for suppliers worldwide. You will lead high-priority content design projects, collaborate with product designers and UX researchers, mentor other content designers, and ensure the alignment of your projects with the company’s objectives and user needs. Requirements 5 years of experience in end-to-end UX writing in a start-up, SMB, large company with a digital offering, or design consulting agency. Proven track record in leading medium to large UX writing projects with a user-centered approach. Familiarity with UX writing across multiple platforms (mobile and desktop). Ability to present UX writing solutions and develop a content strategy for a product. Experience working closely within cross-disciplinary product teams, including product managers and engineers. Strong communication and collaboration history with other functional roles. Understanding of how UX writing impacts business objectives and KPIs. A portfolio showcasing relevant work illustrating your process and approach to UX writing. Experience in mentoring other designers and guiding freelancers. Preferred qualifications: Expertise in B2C platforms with a deep understanding of business needs and challenges. A problem-solving mindset focused on outcomes and applying user feedback or multivariate testing to validate UX copy. An innate ability to think systemically about the broader implications of design decisions.
