Job Description
As a Senior (Product) Manager, you will lead an amazing team responsible for the media business, focusing on building a technology-driven solution that connects customers with relevant job boards. Your role involves managing the backlog, prioritising features, and guiding the team to deliver seamless, impactful products from start to finish. You will collaborate with stakeholders and product designers to uncover new opportunities, craft thoughtful solutions, and deliver exceptional product experiences.
You will play a vital role in creating materials that drive smooth product launches and successful customer adoption. Additionally, you will gather and analyse feedback to drive ongoing improvements that keep users happy and meet their evolving needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
E-commerce and product-led growth (PLG) expertise is essential, as well as experience in driving engagement and growth in SaaS B2B businesses. Strong leadership skills are required to manage product teams alongside product designers, set priorities, and own key product areas. Shaping team OKRs to align with product leadership goals is another valuable skillset.
A fast-paced, cross-functional environment is ideal for this role, requiring analytical problem-solving and process enhancement skills. Fluency in English and German is also necessary.
