ERP Specialist - Application Management (Field Service)
TOMRA Recycling is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Specialist - Application Management (Field Service). The successful candidate will act as a power user for the global service department, managing all business-related processes and applications, with a primary focus on ERP (IFS) and PowerBI .
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processes and tools within the global service organization.
- Act as a power user for the business tools and processes of the global Service department, ensuring optimal use of ERP (IFS) and PowerBI and Service Management Systems .
- Pass on knowledge to the global user community, monitor adherence to best practices
- Lead the global rollout of service processes in TOMRA entities worldwide.
- Document processes in collaboration with the quality department.
- Lead the capture, design mapping, and implementation of standardized processes.
- Work closely with the internal Business Process Management team to integrate and align processes TOMRA Recycling-wide, Utilize IFS Cloud knowledge to optimize and steer business processes in the service department.
- Drive user trainings to ensure efficient use of applications and tools.
- Monitor working instructions and defines actions (additional trainings, awareness measures,…) in order to raise efficiency of the service department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT Business, Process Management, or a related field (, Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung).
- Proven experience with IFS and PowerBI and Service Management Systems.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-driven attitude.
- Proven experience in the back-office of a service department
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- A background in IFS, as well as Field Service Management System (FSMS) experience is a plus.
- You are based in one of these countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Poland.
