Your responsibilities
2. Sourcing Strategies Development:- Work closely with offer and project Teams to create sourcing and procurement strategies.- Identify and capture demand, potential suppliers, and establish communication channels with them.
3. Supplier Engagement:- Establish pricing, delivery terms, and conditions to meet financial, quality, and delivery requirements.- Prepare and coordinate the RFx (Request for Proposal/Quotation) process.- Develop sourcing strategies for suppliers and services.- Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
4. Quotation Analysis and Negotiation:- Solicit quotations from suppliers.- Analyze contract proposals.- Formulate negotiation strategies for pricing, delivery, and terms.- Handle highly complex and specialized materials, equipment, components, and services.
5. Cost Optimization and Supplier Relationships:- Evaluate cost elements for commodity groups to identify cost improvements.- Maximize supplier base cost/value.- Maintain extensive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.- Mediate and resolve contract performance issues.
6. Supplier Insights and Compliance:- Understand key operational and commercial aspects of suppliers, like financial stability and objectives, global/regional presence, available capacity, top customers and competitors.
7. Keep the Supply Chain Organization and business stakeholders informed of supplier capacity, performance, and market constraints.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s Procurement policies and procedures.
9. Support the Accounts Payables for resolution of discrepancies between the supplier invoices and the purchase orders
Your profile
10. Education: Universtity degree in business or engineering.
11. Project Management Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience.
12. Procurement Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement.
13. Analytical Skills:- Strong analytical experience.- Good problem-solving ability.- High attitude for ownership.
14. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):- Ability to maintain long-term productive relationships with suppliers.
15. Collaboration and Teamwork:- A team player who collaborates with multiple regions and product lines to serve the company’s customers.
16. Industry Knowledge:- Knowledge of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) supplier base for the energy sector is a plus.
17. Strategic Orientation:- Strategic and analytical orientation with the ability to translate strategy into tangible operational results.
18. International Sourcing:- Experience in international sourcing.
19. Software Proficiency:- Microsoft Project expertise or similar systems is a plus.- Experience running large, complex cross-functional projects.- Global project management experience is a plus.- SAP & Ariba or similar system experience in a global environment is beneficial.
20. Travel: Ability to travel up to 20%.

Salary information
25. Annual Salary: 70 - 90k Euro, depends on seniority level of the candidate
