Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your new job includes:
As Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d), you will develop learning content using various tools, such as web-based training, videos, screencasts and more. Together with Subject Matter Experts, you will design blended learning journeys, advise stakeholders on suitable development measures and help shape our global learning culture with other measures.
In particular, you will:
* develop blended learning user journeys and mapping in learning management with a mix of self-created and curated content to strengthen sustainable learning in the organization and to support our employees in retail, headquarters and logistics;
* lead projects and advise stakeholders on content development, learning pathway design and implementation and deliver these;
* develop and optimize conception and production processes together with the team;
* develop a strategy and establish measures to scale content creation across the global organization by developing guidelines and training to enable user-generated content;
* initiate, moderate and shape collaboration with a global community of content creators;
* design and facilitate workshops, trainings, keynote speeches and train-the-trainer sessions;
* decide on internal tools, external service providers and tools for the creation and conception of content.
What you should bring along:
* Degree in adult education, psychology, instructional design, business or related disciplines with relevant professional experience in human resource development;
* A formal qualification in instructional design would be an advantage, ideally you have experience as a trainer or workshop facilitator;
* You have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR development with a focus on digital content creation, blended learning concepts and training concepts;
* You have a good market knowledge of learning content providers and experience in curating learning content into a coherent learning journey;
* You enjoy working with Subject Matter Experts, clients and other stakeholders on projects as well as being a project manager for content and concept creation;
* You have very good written and spoken English language skills;
* You are characterized by diplomatic skills and strong communication skills, as well as a high degree of target group orientation.
