Requirements
* Completed studies in electrical engineering, engineering sciences, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of experience in key account management, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
* Experience in selling solutions or products that require technical explanation in a B2B environment.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills at all decision-making levels.
* High customer focus and initiative.
* High goal and conclusion orientation, initiative and will to succeed.
* Team player with the ability to work across departments.
* Management experience.
* Fluent written and spoken German and English. (English C1, German C2)
* High willingness to travel (nationally and internationally).
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the support and development of key accounts: You are responsible for the support and further development of our most important key accounts, leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
* Strategic customer service: You are responsible for establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships at all decision-making levels and act as an interface between the customer and the internal specialist departments.
* Acquiring new customers and business development: You identify new business opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers by developing and offering tailor-made solutions.
* Negotiating and concluding contracts: You conduct negotiations and negotiate terms. In doing so, you successfully secure the conclusion, taking the company's goals into account.
* Achieving sales and growth targets: In close cooperation with the sales team and management, you develop strategies for achieving sales and growth targets and implement them responsibly.
* Project management: You accompany your customers' projects from initiation to successful completion and ensure smooth internal and external communication.
* Market and competition analysis: You observe market trends and competitive developments in order to derive new business opportunities from them.
