* Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
* Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers
* Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions
* Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
* International project commissioning and after-go-live support
* Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
* Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
* Change request processing for existing customers
Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:
Your Qualification:
* Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
* High level of service and customer orientation
* Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems
* Knowledge of the logistics IT environment
* Good written and spoken English
* Willingness to travel
* Experience with sophisticated software architectures
* Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years of professional experience desirable)
* Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
